March 31, 2022 - NH/VT In-Person Workshop on PFAS and Brownfields

Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are a class of emerging contaminants that are coming under regulation in many states, including NH and VT.  This workshop will discuss the impacts of PFAS on site redevelopment, with a particular emphasis on Brownfields.  Speakers from the regulatory, consulting, and legal communities will discuss PFAS regulations, site investigation, liabilities, and mitigation measures in an in-person format designed to encourage exchange among stakeholders.
