Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast
The Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast (BCONE) is an organization comprised of representatives from industries, regulatory agencies, local government, property owners, developers, academia, and a wide variety of transaction support industries such as consultants, attorneys, insurance companies, and financial institutions. These representatives have formed a not-for-profit group to advance brownfield redevelopment and information exchange in the Northeast.
Membership in BCONE is FREE! To become a member, sign up for our mailing list on the Contact/Join page.
Promoting Brownfield Redevelopment
BCONE is open to anyone interested in high-quality land reuse - regardless of your mailing address. BCONE's initial efforts have been directed to brownfield redevelopment enhancement and promotion in the charter states that came together to advance regional efforts and knowledge exchange - Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. We now have participation from Delaware and are hearing from others throughout the Northeast.
